Warranty term
Your Trulap purchase is covered for three (3) years from the date of when you receive your order.

  
How It Works

If your product has an issue, all we need is your order number. During the warranty period, if thereโ€™s a problem due to a manufacturing defect or shipping related damage, you will be covered.

 

A $29.99 fee for shipping and handling will apply.

Whats Not Covered

Title

Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, dents, or paint peeling that donโ€™t affect function.

 

Misuse or Neglect: Damage from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, mods, or ignoring instructions.

 

Uncontrollable Events: Natural disasters or โ€œActs of God.โ€ In short, use it as intended, follow instructions, and treat it right. If it fails due to a defect, weโ€™ve got you covered. Otherwise, thatโ€™s on you.

Dropping Trulap dumbbells will void your warranty.

Disassembling your dumbbell handle will void your warranty.

However, we understand that accidents happen, so we offer a one-time complimentary drop warranty within the three-year term.
