Shipping policy

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us for support. If you need help with your order, contact us immediately. We can't make any changes once it ships - please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used or open-box Trulap dumbbells.
Unopened and sealed items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds without the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns and refunds.

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

We cannot change the delivery address after an order has shipped.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately to update the address.
